Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 17, 2017, at around 14:00, the Defendant stated in the delegation column of the letter of delegation for the issuance of the certificate of seal imprint, the name and personal information of the Defendant’s mother E, who died on January 27, 2017, and the term “obbial price” in the delegation column, respectively, and stamped E on the name of the above E.

After that, the defendant submitted the letter of delegation to the employee of the above community service center who was unaware of the forgery as if he were the document duly formed.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation to issue a private document E, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it.
