Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 2016. 9. 10. 00:47경 부산 중구 C에 있는 'D' 앞에서 성명불상자와 시비를 하던 중, 112 신고를 받고 출동한 부산중부경찰서 E파출소 소속 경찰공무원인 F가 이를 제지하자 '씹할 놈아, 개자슥아, 꺼져라' 등의 욕을 하면서 주먹으로 위 경찰공무원의 가슴 부위를 여러 차례 때려, 위 경찰공무원의 범죄 예방에 관한 직무집행을 방해하였다.

At around 01:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) had been able to keep the Defendant returning home at the above police officer’s crosswalk in front of the “H restaurant” located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan; (b) had the said police officer, who was able to take a bath, etc.; (c) had the breast part of the said police officer in good faith; (d) had his face 10 times; and (e) interfere with the police officer’s performance of duties concerning the prevention of crime.
