1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving service of C Poter cargo vehicles registered in the name of border landscaping, a stock company.

On December 5, 2009, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license of a motor vehicle, and proceeded ahead of the E cafeteria which is located in Yangsan City D with the front side of the E cafeteria, from the middle side of the mass mountain, to the front side of the E cafeteria.
