1. Defendant A’s 43,198,844 won and its corresponding amount from October 24, 2013 to June 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On June 1, 2012, the Plaintiff (Appointed; hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff”) and the Appointor (hereinafter referred to as the “Plaintiff, etc.”) entered into a hospital opening agreement and an interior contract (hereinafter referred to as the “instant contract”) with Defendant A, with respect to the above-ground 3, 4, and 5 floors among the above-ground C buildings in Seongdong-gu Seoul (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) with respect to consulting for the establishment of a hospital for the convalescent hospital, change of the purpose of the building, new interior works, etc., with a total amount of KRW 1.22 billion (hereinafter referred to as the “instant contract”). The main contents are as follows.
(A) “A” and “B” refer to the Plaintiff, etc., and “A” respectively. Article 2 (Lease Contract) (1) The term of the lease contract under Article 2 (Lease Contract) refers to the period from June 1, 2012 to May 14, 2017.
