1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an individual entrepreneur who runs the interior company of the trade name “C” and the Defendant is a company with real estate development and supply business, real estate consulting business, etc. as its business purpose.

B. D and her husband E purchased the land located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and subsequently, they decided to operate the car page of the trade name “G” (hereinafter “the instant car page”) on the above land.

In addition, on July 7, 2017, the defendant entered into a construction contract and consultation contract with the defendant for the construction of a new building and the production of a design related to the Kafa-related design.

5.The final delivery means the result of the design in the final time;

Article 4 (Payment of Remuneration) (1) The defendant shall pay the remuneration to the plaintiff in return for the performance of this contract as follows:

1. Contract deposit and down payment: Up to three days from the commencement date of the contract, the wage interest rate of KRW 2,750,000 (Won 2,750,000);

2. Balance: Article 7 (Completion Inspection and Acceptance of Services) (4) of the balance of the remuneration of KRW 2,750,000 (2,750,000) within five (5) days after the completion of the inspection of the final delivery.
