1. The Defendant: (a) filed a claim against the Plaintiff A for KRW 189,784,779; (b) KRW 2,00,000; and (c) each of the said money to the Plaintiff B and C on September 29, 2010.

1. Basic facts

5 Plaintiff A, which took effect on September 30, 2010 following the instant surgery, shall be in chronological color as a result of the two parts CT examination.
