1. The Defendants: (a) each of the Plaintiffs Company A KRW 46,292,804, Plaintiff B, and C respectively; and (b) each of the said KRW 2,00,000,000 on April 20, 2011.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The parties concerned Defendant E is the doctor of the “G Hospital” located in Ansan-si F of the member-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “instant hospital”) and Defendant D is the person who operates the said hospital.
Plaintiff
A is a patient who received an operation from Defendant E at the instant hospital, and Plaintiff B and C are children of Plaintiff A.
B. On April 2, 2011, Plaintiff A, who was admitted to the instant hospital on April 2, 201, due to the pain of the shoulder, etc., was diagnosed as “the escape symptoms of conical signboards between the 5-6 pages, the 6-7 pages,” and the Defendant E, who was a doctor belonging to the instant hospital, was subject to the examination on April 6, 201, on which the 5-6-7 conical fluid typology was carried out.
