The Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) is from May 23, 2019 to May 31, 2019, with respect to KRW 22,00,000 to the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant).

(a) A counterclaim shall be deemed to be filed together;

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation that performs advertising advertising design, etc., and the Defendant is a corporation that conducts manufacturing and selling business, such as the entrance and gate.

B. On October 24, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a contract between the Defendant and the Plaintiff on the basis of which the Plaintiff would produce car sloping and price lists requested by the Defendant by January 10, 2019, and receive KRW 37,000,000 (including value-added tax) from the Defendant.

(hereinafter “instant service contract”). The main contents of the instant service contract are as follows.

Article 2 (Contents of Business) The scope of the business to be undertaken by the Plaintiff is as follows:

Cavig design - 260 x 364, 144 p Kavigs printing - 260 x 364, 144, 700 x 364, 144p, 700 x 300 x 305, 8p, 700 x 180 x x 180 g of (a site: A site: 180 g of Apt) x 180 g of value x 24 x an original file of the same level as the price sheet - Article 4 (Effect and Term of Contracts) of the Kavigs will be supplied by the Defendant to the Plaintiff by January 10, 2019.

The contract may be extended by a written agreement of both parties, and the period and conditions shall be changed, and the attached agreement shall be prepared and specified in the agreement.

The contract period may be changed upon the consultation of the two companies.

(2) Article 5 (Payment of Price). The aggregate of the costs included in this Agreement shall be 37,000,000 won (including vat).

The payment of the price shall run after the first advance, the second part, and the third part.

First (Contract Amount): 10,000,000 won second (after printing): 5,00,000 won (10 days after delivery): 22,00,000 won (Termination and termination of a contract) or the defendant may terminate this contract even if the other party violates contractual obligations, by prior written notice.

C. The Plaintiff made up KRW 7,00,000 (hereinafter “the instant car sloping”) pursuant to the instant service contract and made it to the Defendant around April 2, 2019.
