1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 982,046 and 5% per annum from September 23, 2014 to November 28, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant Hansung Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) is an official selling company that purchases and sells vehicles from Messium Korea Co., Ltd. for the purpose of importing and selling automobiles and their parts to consumers. Defendant A was an employee of the B business office of Defendant Hansung Automobile.

B. On September 26, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant Company B’s business office to return or sublet the lease deposit amounting to KRW 32,250,000 (C; hereinafter “first vehicle”) with respect to the Social Services Korea Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Convensz Social”) and MeszS 350 (hereinafter “First vehicle”) at the Defendant Company B’s business office (hereinafter “First lease agreement”).

C. On September 26, 201, the Plaintiff was receiving a business trip from October 1, 201 to October 14, 201, while driving the 1st vehicle with the acquisition of the 1st vehicle on or around September 26, 201. However, the Plaintiff was receiving repair by entering the 1st vehicle into the 1st vehicle maintenance shop on or around October 17, 201.

(2) From October 20, 201 to December 7, 2011, Defendant Company provided the Plaintiff with the vehicle leased in the first vehicle with the same kind as the first vehicle from November 28, 2011 to February 8, 2012.

On January 18, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Hyundai Capital CSS 350 (F; hereinafter referred to as “second vehicle”) with respect to the lease deposit amounting to KRW 21,60,000,000, and KRW 36 months from January 18, 2012 to January 18, 2015, and KRW 3,076,400 (hereinafter referred to as “second lease agreement”).

E. The Plaintiff’s payment of the first lease fee, the lease fee, etc. of Defendant A (1).
