1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 28, 2010, the Plaintiff and the Defendant concluded the instant insurance contract, setting the insurance period from June 28, 2010 to June 28, 2054 as KRW 38,000 per month of insurance premium, and entered into the insurance contract listed in the separate insurance list.

The defendant, including being hospitalized for 16 days from August 31, 2010 to September 15, 2010, was hospitalized for 20 days in total from 376 days until July 10, 2014 as indicated in the following table 1.
