A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim B (n, 18 years old) and the victim C, and the victim C is the mother of the victim B.

1. Intimidation against victim B;

A. From October 2014 to February 2015, the Defendant expressed the attitude that the Defendant sent the victim a Kakakao Stockholm word, “the Kakao Stockholm,” which read the victim’s body at the home of the Defendant, “the Kakao Kao Kao, the 22:54 on February 28, 2015, the 2015.”

B. At around 00:52 on March 1, 2015, the Defendant threatened the victim with the Defendant’s house, such as sending the victim a Kakakakao Stockholm word, “I am knife that I am am her only if I do not want to do so, I am her. I am knife I am. I am knife I am. I am am. I am. I am.).”

C. At around 01:05 on March 1, 2015, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim at the home of the above Defendant’s office that “at all times, at the time of commuting to and from the workplace, he saw that he would inflict any harm on the victim’s personal body, such as sending the victim a text message stating that “I would have been imprisoned, I would have been imprisoned, I would have been able to die, and I would have been responsible for the death, and died in March.”

On March 1, 2015, at around 01:10, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s house, threatened the victim with any danger and injury on the victim’s personal body by sending text messages with the content of “the wheeler, spicker, spacker on the part of one month” to the victim.

E. On March 1, 2015, the Defendant sent a text message to the victim on March 1, 2015, at around 07:20, stating that “The Defendant sent the victim with the thickness and the width before the hospital, and the third degree of relationship with the human being is very likely to cause any harm to the victim’s personal body.”
