Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant accepted a proposal for transportation of gold bars, knowing that the gold bars purchased by C, D, China and Korea (hereinafter referred to as "C") are paid KRW 3,50,000,00 in pure transportation, except for air ticket charges, accommodation charges, and transportation expenses, by transporting them to Korea or Japan.
C, with the knowledge that the metal detection device was not easy to detect in the customs house because it was impossible to detect the metal tamp, C made a special gold tamp in the shape of the 200g weight of 200g weight, and decided to put it into the Defendant’s port and transport Korea or Japan with the aim of not paying taxes such as customs duties.
