A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case.

Punishment of the crime

[2019Gohap25] The defendant and the victim B (n, 25 years of age) brought about as internal ties from August 2017.

1. Around 00:00 on January 2, 2019, the Defendant of the damage to property: (a) assaulted the Victim B in front of Mai-si, Gi-si, and then consulted with the Victim; (b) sought to enter the Victim B with the Victim C lending, which is a residence of the Victim; and (c) the husband of the Victim changed the Mai-si password and damaged the Victim’s glass window by destroying the Mai-si password.

2. At around 05:58 on January 10, 2019, the Defendant was assaulted by the Defendant, and around 05:58, the Defendant was boarding the G taxi driven by F at the front taxi stops in front of E in light of light, following another person’s victim, in order to avoid the Defendant.

While the Defendant continued to talk with the victim in a mobile taxi on the ground that the victim does not listen to his/her speech, he/she saw the victim "h. C. C. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. 3. The Defendant interfered with business in the date, time, and place described in the foregoing paragraph 2, and obstructed the Defendant from driving a taxi normally by taking the cell phone owned by the said paragraph 2 after taking the cell phone owned by the victim F, and then walking around about about 20 minutes from the G taxi driven by the victim F.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the taxi business of the victim for about 20 minutes by force.

[2019Gohap51] On January 10, 2019, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim J (23 years of age) and Si expenses before “I” located in G, G, G, G, and G, G, M, and caused the victim to undergo approximately 28 days of treatment, considering the face of the said victim on drinking several occasions.
