Punishment of the crime

1. Around 07:10 on July 9, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and driven a shower car without a driver’s license from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-gu, Mana-si, Ansan-si, to the front of the Gunpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si.

2. Around 09:22 on July 2013, the Defendant driven a shower car while under the influence of alcohol 0.068% of the blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license for a vehicle from the front side of the water village located in the water village located in Ansan-si to the water village located in Ansan-si to the water village located in the Gu and the road in front of the water village located in the same Dong.
