A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 29, 2019, the Defendant entering a residence was entering the victim’s residence through the entrance door, which was not corrected for the purpose of theft of property in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu building B or the victim D (Korean nationality): (a) on July 29, 2019; and (b) affected the victim’s residence.

2. The Defendant stolen money and valuables worth KRW 9,40,000,000,000, in total, including three gold bars equivalent to KRW 600,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 in the market value of the victim’s possession, which were in custody of the victim’s house through the entrance door of the victim’s house, at the time and place described in paragraph (1).
