A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the Changho-si Manufacturing Business Co., Ltd. in Suwon-si, and the victim E (the age of 52) was a person who served as an employee of the above company’s accounting position from August 1, 2016 to November 7, 2016.

1. On August 11, 2016, the Defendant, at around 17:30 on August 11, 2016, called the victim’s office, “Isle in the luminous mardo,” and called the victim’s “Isle in the luminous mardo,” and called the damaged person’s mar.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim who is under his protection and supervision due to his duties and employment relationship.

2. From around 12:00 on August 12, 2016 to around 18:00, the Defendant saw the victim’s body by using both arms following the victim’s seat seated in the above company’s office.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim who is under his protection and supervision due to his duties and employment relationship.

3. On August 13, 2016, at around 10:00, the Defendant saw the victim’s body in two arms following the victim’s seat seated in the above company’s office.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim who is under his protection and supervision due to his duties and employment relationship.

4. From around 10:00 on August 16, 2016 to around 11:00, the Defendant saw the body of the victim by using both arms after the victim was seated at the above company’s office.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim who is under his protection and supervision due to his duties and employment relationship.

5. From around 09:00 on August 24, 2016 to around 12:00, the Defendant saw the body of the victim from the side of the victim while talking with the victim at the above company office.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim who is under his protection and supervision due to his duties and employment relationship.

6. From around 10:00 on September 12, 2016 to around 12:00, the Defendant laid down the body of the victim with both arms during the period of talking with the victim at the above company’s office.
