A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

6,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall trade or assist in the trade of marijuana seeds or marijuana seed coats while knowing the fact that he/she smokes or takes in marijuana or marijuana seed coats or that he/she holds or attempts to conduct such an act for the purpose of doing such act.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. At the end of November, 2011, in the alleyway adjacent to the head of Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, 201, putting about 0.5g of the hemp plant in general tobacco, putting about 0.5g thereof, remove the pen and deliver it to friendly E;
