A 1,500,000 won, Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 1,00,000 won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

D around October 11, 2015, around 08:48, on the roads of the Hasan-si Densan House, the E rocketing car driving on the roads, and the E rocketing car driving on the job and the number of street trees on the job, and suffered injury to A, who is a passenger, such as a bridge on the following bridges requiring approximately two weeks medical treatment.

On October 11, 2015, Defendant A made a false statement as if he driving the said vehicle and causing a traffic accident at the police station of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul-si, the Defendant: (a) on October 11, 2015, to the F Senior Police Station of the Nansan-gu, the investigating the instant traffic accident case of D; and (b) on October 1,

As a result, the defendant had a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment escape.

2. Defendant B: (a) on October 11, 2015, the Defendant was a passenger of the foregoing vehicle in front of the H of the member of Ansan-si, Ansan-si on October 11, 2015.

A stated that A would make a false statement to police officers of the Ansan-gu Police Station as if he/she had caused an accident while driving the said vehicle, and accordingly, A made the said statement to the said G at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph 1.

As a result, the Defendant instigated a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment to escape.
