Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the director of the above B apartment management office from June 2008 to May 2018, has been engaged in the operation of apartment, management and expenditure of management expenses, etc., and has been engaged in the management of apartment for the whole of the residents of B apartment.

C From January 201 to May 2014, the representative of the Ulsan-gu B apartment council of occupants' representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "council of occupants' representatives") in Ulsan-gu (hereinafter referred to as the "council of occupants' representatives") and from June 2014 to May 2018, as the president of the council of occupants' representatives, entrusted the general affairs related to the expenditure of affairs and management expenses for the whole B apartment occupants who are victims as the president of the council of occupants' representatives.

D From January 201 to May 2012, 201, the council of occupants' representatives was entrusted with the same representative, and from June 201 to May 2018, from June 2012 to May 201, the council of occupants' representatives was entrusted with overall business affairs related to the affairs and management expenses for the whole of the victims of B apartment.

E from around 209 to June 2010, the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives was the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives; from around January 201 to May 2012, the auditor of the council of occupants' representatives was the same representative from around June 201 to around September 2012; from around October 2012 to May 2014, the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives was the chairman of the council of occupants' representatives; from around June 2014 to May 2018, the auditor was entrusted with overall tasks related to administrative affairs and management expenses for B apartment occupants, who are victims.

F From January 201 to May 2012, the council of occupants' representatives was entrusted with the president of the council of occupants' representatives from June 201 to May 201, and from June 2012 to May 2018, the council of occupants' representatives was entrusted with overall business affairs related to the affairs and management expenses for the whole of the victims of B apartment as the auditor of the council of occupants' representatives.

G from June 2012 to September 2012, 2012, as the president of the council of occupants' representatives, was entrusted with overall business affairs related to administrative affairs and management expenses for the whole of the victims of B apartment residents.
