All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.
Reasons
1. The defendant is a teacher of B elementary school in Yongcheon-cheon, who works for the same school, and the victim C who works for the same school and the first patrol officer from May 2013 to the same year;
8. It is a person who has been in a relationship with a senior patrol officer.

On December 20, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, around 22:05, the Defendant, using his mobile phone device, sent text messages to the victim’s mobile phone and sent them to the victim text messages from September 20, 2013, including, but not limited to, the day after the end of the month following the end of the month.
