Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

At around 09:00 on November 6, 2013, the Defendant made a false statement to the employees in charge of the victim's sex forest trade and the name in the new forest company, thereby making a false statement to the effect that "it is a business operator who supplies fishery products to the fishery market, and that it will make a settlement of the price at the face of the week by supplying freezing fishery products to the fishery market."

However, the fact was that the Defendant had the obligation to pay and pay to the traders at the time, and operated the business through the so-called “competing” method. Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) informed the victims on November 14, 2013; (b) informed the victims on November 14, 2013; (c) informed 20 boxes; (d) informed 100 boxes of November 15, 2013; (c) informed 40 boxes and butts of 50 boxes on November 18, 2013; (d) informed 100 boxes of 19 November 19, 2013; (e) informed 50 boxes of 21 November 21, 2013; and (e) informed 50 boxes of Gaba on November 22, 2013; and (e) informed 78 boxes of Kaba on November 26, 2013; and (e) informed 130 boxes of Gaba on December 13, 2013; and (e) received delivery from the former office of Gaba on December 13, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims and received property.
