All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Defendant A (Definite misunderstanding of facts, and unreasonable sentencing) Defendant A (in fact-finding, Defendant 1) was unilaterally assaulted by the victim, and even though the Defendant did not have been able to her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her her chest with his her chest with his her chest, as stated in the facts charged, the lower court convicted the Defendant of this part of the facts charged, thereby her misunderstanding

B. Defendant B (Unfairly Undue) The sentence imposed by the lower court on the Defendant (the fine of KRW 1,500,000) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. In full view of the following facts and circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court below as to Defendant A’s assertion of mistake, Defendant A’s assertion of mistake of facts cannot be accepted as the Defendant’s assertion of mistake of facts on the ground that the Defendant committed an assault to the victim, such as her blicker at the time of the instant case and her blicker, etc., and

1) While the victim was in dispute with an investigative agency to the extent of the payment of rent from the court below to the court below, the victim made a relatively concrete and consistent statement (20 pages of evidence records and 59 pages of the trial record) that the defendant was able to have a quizzle to the victim's her arms and her chests (the 20 pages of evidence records and the 59 pages of the trial record).
