A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant had sexual impulses on the clothes of ordinary women, the Defendant had been given an opportunity to steal clothes of women who suffered the paralysis or multi-households of the general house by taking advantage of the gaps where surveillance was neglected at the time of a short or first instance trial.

1. On September 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the residence of the second victim of the second victim’s housing unit B in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu; (b) around 21:00, in which the first day of September 2014 was unknown; and (c) stolen the victim’s clothes worth KRW 80,000, the market price of 4 points in the victim’s clothes owned by the victim, from the day when it is impossible to identify the lower day of August 2014 to October 3, 2014; and (d) stolen the female’s clothes 67 points of clothes by intrusioning another’s residence at night, such as the No. 1 to 133 of the annexed List of Crimes, in the same manner, at night.

2. On September 13, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the residence of the victim E of the second floor of Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, about 13:00 on the day when the date of lower order cannot be known, and then stolen the clothes of the victim’s her own hallway, 3 points her from this hallway, and then stolen it from around that time to October 2 of the same year by the same method during three times, such as the table Nos. 14-16 of the List of Crimes No. 14-16 of the same year.

3. On September 13, 2014, when the date of lower order cannot be known, the Defendant intruded with the second floor of the multi-household 2 in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si, with the intention of stealinging clothes in the residence of the victim C, and then attempted to commit an attempted crime because the Defendant was aware of the victim’s clothes, snicking in his/her corridor-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, with his/her hallway-gu, and snacking him/her, while leaving his/her smell.
