A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and a fine not exceeding three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 04:30 on March 27, 2019, the Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s bar business by force for about 20 minutes until around 04:50 of the same day, by avoiding disturbance, such as following the tables in which three customers, who singing singing in other rooms, sing down on the floor of the beer line and singing down on the beer line, and singing down in the 3rd floor of the Victim C (27 years old), which was located on the third floor of the building B at Yangju-si. The Defendant obstructed the Defendant’s bar business by force for about 20 minutes.

2. The Defendant destroyed and damaged property by following the tables at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1) by means of cutting the tables, cutting the microphones on the floor, etc., and destroying things worth KRW 200,000,00, such as tables, microphones, cups, and small waves owned by the said victim.

3. The Defendant expressed, at around 04:50 on the same day, that “the Defendant spawn a disturbance,” at the places indicated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, 112 as “the victim G (40 years old), the victim H (29 years old), and the victim I (28 years old), who was demanded the Defendant to leave the F District of the Yangju Police Station from the scene on the six occasions, and that “Dju store,” the said victims’ body was pushed down by hand, and “Dju store,” and the said victims’ body was pushed down by the Defendant and his employees, and expressed, “the Defendant spawn, spawn, the police spawn, the police spawn, the police spawn, the police spawn, the police spawn, the new spawn.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with police officers' legitimate execution of their duties on the handling of 112 Reporting Cases, and openly insult victims.

4. On March 27, 2019, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender in the act of interference with business at the F District District at the Yangju Police Station located in the J of Yangju-si, Yangju-si, and transferred to the said F District; (b) however, the Defendant was sealed by the police officers located there at this point on a large interest basis on the part of the police officers.
