Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 25, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special intimidation by the Jeonju District Court, and on January 1, 2018, the Defendant completed the execution of a sentence in a military prison.
【Criminal Facts】
1. 2. Damage to public goods;
A.
