Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.

However, for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who issued sports betting tickets or similar things and predicted the result, and shall not establish a space for gambling for profit.

1. The Defendant, along with I, J, K, and I, recruited to operate an Internet gambling site similar to the sports territory where voting rights are sold pursuant to the National Sports Promotion Act, along with N, and opened and operated the Internet gambling site called “P,” in which the Defendant is in charge of attracting members, such as broadcasting promotion, etc. in Korea, and in foreign countries, the Defendant opened and operated the Internet gambling site of “P” in which the office is in charge of the duties of managing and remitting members, and the office is in charge of the above Internet gambling site of “P,” in establishing and operating the Internet gambling site of “P,” respectively. The “LO president” opened and operated the above Internet gambling site as a general manager; the “M president”, as the team leader of Vietnam, was in charge of domestic organization; and the I opened and managed the Internet website as a member of the National Sports Promotion Act in response to the request of the members of the Association of Vietnam, and managed the affairs of the members of the Internet, NA and the Internet, and made up the results thereof.

From January 15, 2014 to October 1, 2014, the Defendant, along with the “LO president”, “M president”, I, J, K, and N, recruited its members by advertising the above site through the Internet, telephone, etc., and by filling the game money from the members recruited as such, and then allowed its members to access the said gambling site.
