Punishment of the crime

On March 4, 2019, at around 20:28, the Defendant driven B SH10 (9.7cc) Oralba under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.197%, while under the influence of alcohol at approximately 100 meters, from the section from a place where it is impossible to identify a place lower than that of the Geumcheon-gu, Busan, and the front road of the residents' center located in the same Dong.
