On October 14, 2012, around 06:23, 2012, the Defendant driven B-type freight vehicles with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.187% at the section of about 5km from the Geumdong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City to the front side of the Geumdong-dong Taedong-dong Taedong-dong.
