A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who runs a game providing business under the trade name, “F Gameland,” from the first floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E underground.
