1. Defendant A

A. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of 30 million won.

B. The above fine is imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall throw away or reclaim industrial wastes in any place other than the waste disposal facilities permitted, approved or reported.

1. Defendant A and J’s co-principal Defendant A are persons operating L Co., Ltd., a aggregate production company, in Young-gu K in Young-gu, Young-si, and J are on-site managers of the same company.

On February 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) entrusted the disposal of inorganic sludge, which is a commercial waste generated from the aggregate and sand production process of the above company, to a waste disposal business entity that obtained permission for development activities; (b) but (c) conspired to reclaim the said business entity with water in order to reduce the disposal costs.

On February 9, 2012, the Defendant buried 16,94 tons of a dump truck in line with J and a dump truck 16th (24 tons base) quantity generated at the said place of business, and buried 384 tons of a dump truck in line with NN’s dump truck, which is operated by M, for transporting 384 tons into the dump truck in line with the O of the dump population, from July 1, 2013 to July 1, 2013, the Defendant buried 16,94 tons of a total of 706 dump truck in line with the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with J and each carrier, buried commercial wastes in a place other than waste disposal facilities permitted, approved, or reported.

2. Defendant B is a person who runs a construction waste collection and transportation business S Co., Ltd. under the 202 Construction Waste Collection and Transportation Business Building in Ansan-si, Ansan-si.

around June 26, 2013, the Defendant was contacted by the said J to transport inorganic sludge located in the workplace of L, and was transported and buried 312 tons of dump truck 13 in the same day in the capacity of 13 dump truck on the same day, and thereafter transported and buried 312 tons of dump truck according to Q Q Q in Gyeonggi-si, and until July 1, 2013, the Defendant was as indicated in [Attachment Table No. 28, 29, 31, and 32] of the list of crimes in the annexed crime until July 1, 2013.
