피고인은 2012. 10. 4. 20:10경 창원시 성산구 C에 있는 피해자 D 관리의 ‘창원시 차량견인 보관소’에서 자신의 E 베라크루즈 차량이 불법주차로 견인되어 보관중인 것에 불만을 품고 찾으러 가서 위 보관소 여직원에게 "야이 씨발년아, 내차 내 놓아라, 나는 너거들에게 차량 견인비 못주겠다"고 욕을 하고, 피해자가 옆에서 “왜 욕을 하냐”고 제지하자 "야이 씨발놈아, 니는 뭐꼬, 만약에 내 뱃속에 있는 애가 잘못되면 니가 책임져라, 나는 너거들에게 견인비 못주겠다“며 욕을 하는 등 고함을 질렀다.

Since then, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s vehicle check-keeping’s business by driving the said vehicle on the parking lot of the storage facility without paying towing charges, and preventing other vehicles from having access by blocking the entrance of the storage facility for about 30 minutes.
