Purport of claim and appeal

The reasoning of the court's explanation concerning this case is that the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of each of the evidence Nos. 4 and 5 (including a serial number) which are additionally submitted by the court of first instance and lack of recognition of the defendants' assertion, and therefore, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

2. If so, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the defendants' appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
