Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On December 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the wooden Branch of the Gwangju District Court. On April 19, 2017, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Bapo Prison.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of a DNA-surged vehicle.

On December 17, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle on December 16:55, 2017, operated the F Mart road in F Mart E from the 9 square to the spoke basin.
