Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2013, at around 09:40 on March 31, 2018, the Defendant driven a Done Star Co., Ltd. under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 2.5 km from the front of the Defendant’s lodging room located in Gangnam-si C restaurant located in Gangnam-si, to the front of the police station in the front of the Gangwon-gu Steering Police Station, which was under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.204 %.
