A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who takes over an automobile registered under the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of the automobile to the Mayor/Do governor within fifteen days after purchase;

Nevertheless, on April 2015, the Defendant received the transfer of the ownership by taking over C Cost Star Co., Ltd. owned by B and applied for the registration of transfer of ownership by August 12, 2017 without justifiable grounds.

2. On August 12, 2017, the Defendant, starting from the frontway of the member hospital located in 13:00 Kupo-si, Kupo-si, Kupo-si, Kupo-si, Kupo-si, Kupo-si, Sinsan-si, which was operated without purchasing approximately 500 meters of 50 meters of flab within 16 complexes, from the front of the member hospital located in 13:20, Kupo-si, Kupo-si.
