Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing taxi for business purposes.

At around 02:56 on January 6, 2013, the Defendant driven the taxi at the intersection of the New Heungdong-dong, Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and continued to go directly from the surface of the Incheon Port to the flow distance.
