Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of a rocketing car.

On April 23, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car on April 17:15, 2016, and led to the passage of the one-lane road in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do from the water security level to the air-Eup.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, injury to the victim E, such as a thring to the right pel in need of medical treatment for about 12 weeks; injury such as a string to the victim G (54 years old), who is the passenger of the said rocketing car, for approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment; injury such as a thring of flads, mincing of flads, and mination of flads, etc. in need of medical treatment for about 8 weeks to the passenger of the Defendant vehicle; injury such as a thring of flads, thring of 42 years old; injury such as a thring of flads, etc. in need of medical treatment for about 6 weeks to the victim I (n, 12 years old-old); injury to the victim J (n, 12 years old-old); injury to the victim K, and the victim K, and approximately 11 years old-old et al.
