Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On October 25, 2012, Defendant (B prior to the opening of name) obtained a loan of KRW 696,00,000 (hereinafter “instant loan”) from the Ori Agricultural Cooperative on October 25, 2015 with the due date set by the Ori Agricultural Cooperative as October 25, 2015.
B. On December 18, 2013, the Oral Agricultural Cooperatives transferred three loans, including the instant loan claims against the Defendant, to the Plaintiff, as shown in the following table, and around that time notified the Defendant of the transfer of the above bonds by content-certified mail.

C. On July 23, 2014, the Plaintiff received dividends of KRW 2,272,747,470 as the person holding the right to collateral security at the time of the auction procedure for F real estate auction with Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch (hereinafter “instant auction procedure”).
The Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant as of July 23, 2014 before the appropriation of the dividend is set forth in the following table:

D. The Plaintiff did not object to the Defendant’s failure and appropriated the dividend amounting to KRW 2,272,747,470 in favor of the Defendant and KRW 21,257,010 in order of the cost, original and interest.
