Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant (criminal power) was sentenced to a suspended sentence for six months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on August 14, 2012, and on August 22, 2012, the judgment becomes final and conclusive and is currently in the grace period.

On August 18, 2009, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 2.5 million by a Daegu District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On February 26, 2010, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 4 million by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Daegu District Court on the Daegu District Court on February 26, 201, and the previous department was 5 times in total.

On November 5, 2013, at around 22:15, the Defendant driven a DNA low-income vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately one kilometer alcohol concentration of about 0.128% from the section of approximately one kilometer from the road front of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Nowon-gu Nowon-gu Nowon-gu, to the road front of the Seogu Manbnsan-dong located in the Daegu Seo-gu Manban-dong.

As a result, the defendant was punished as a drinking driving more than twice, and again was driving under the influence of alcohol.
