A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

Around February 8, 2019, the Defendant was a foreigner of the nationality of Malaysia, and was issued a proposal to request the collection of cash by entering the Republic of Korea of airline tickets, board and lodging from the name in the name of a person who was aware of the cause of the Malaysia’s organization (i.e., “C”) through the daily newspaper of “B” from Malaysia, and (ii) the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea as of February 26, 2019, even though recognizing that this is related to the crime of Bophishing, the Defendant was aware that such date was related to the crime of Bophishing, and entered the Republic of Korea as of February 26, 2019.

On February 27, 2019, at around 12:19:2.19, the name weakist was made by phone call to the victim D, and he assumes the police officer belonging to the National Police Agency to cooperate in gathering the male who is called E in order to make a false statement by misrepresenting himself and withdraw money from the party. Once money in the account was collected, the bank employees collected the money to the new bank account in the name of himself and request the phone following the phone. The bank employees were confirmed to have been rush. From among the money deposited in the new bank account, if the money was collected, the police officers were to collect money after sending the money if the money was stored in the new bank account and sending the money to the new bank account of the victim at around 13:50 on the same day, and then the victim was released from the new bank account of the victim at around 13:50 on the same day so that the victim was released from the victim’s residence address and password of the victim’s residence, and then the victim was released from the victim’s residence address and password.
