Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The 2019 Highest 2895, supra, led to the victims to commit the crime of “scaming” by falsely speaking to the effect that “the victims keep money in a bank account in a safe manner because they are exposed to a crime by exposing a phone to an unspecified number of victims,” and by falsely speaking to the effect that “the victims keep the cash at their home, if they keep it in a house, they will steals it through the organized group, or go off to the children without sending money.”

On May 1, 2019, the Defendant conspiredd to take part in the crime of “Sing” and the above “Singing” through a cell phone hosting display system, as a cash collection account. The Defendant decided to take the role of delivering the said cash to the victims or to deposit the said cash with the account designated by the victims, by going to the designated place according to the instructions of the under-paid persons, by going to receive cash from the victims or going to the victims’ house, by going to return the cash to another under-paid persons or to deposit the said cash with the account designated by the under-paid persons.

1. On May 7, 2019, at around 09:00 on May 7, 2019, the victim C made a false statement to the effect that “The police officer is a police officer, withdrawal of the entire amount of money in the current financial account, keeping it in the house, and informing B of the password.”

The victim visited D bank, E-securities department, and withdrawn a total of KRW 23.5 million in cash at the victim's name at the end of the false statement of the person who was not entitled to the above name, and then laid down the said cash after the victim's inside television located in the F apartment in the city of Overcheon-si and notified the victim of the secret number of the entrance.

On the same day, the person who has been unable to receive the name shall be called the victim at around 09:40.
