Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2015, around 05:44, the Defendant started from the path in front of the Korea-Japan Information 4-dong, Busan Soksan, and driven a B-to-purd vehicle with approximately 100 meters alcohol content at a distance of about 0.170 percent in blood while under the influence of alcohol.
