Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2016, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.170% during blood transfusions around 23:55, the Defendant driven a B Belgium car at a section of approximately 3 through 4 km from the vicinity of the off-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu to the front of the Dong apartment located in the 4km-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City.
