Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] The defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury and one year of suspended execution at the Incheon District Court on September 11, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 24, 2013 and is still under the grace period.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The victim C (here, 41 years old) committed a crime against the victim C is a disabled person with a physical disability of grade III, who is a basic living recipient. From around 205 to around one year, he/she was living together with the Defendant and tried to liquidate the living relationship with the Defendant by frequent violence of the Defendant.

However, the Defendant committed the following crimes, such as searching for the victim from time to time, changing the basic cost of living, and flashing him.

A. A. Around 14:00 on August 2013, the Defendant found the victim’s house at around 14:0, and then, the Defendant called “a change in the value of tobacco.” However, when the victim refused to pay money, the Defendant threatened the victim’s face face face, and frighted the kitchen, such as fasting the kitchen string at the same time.

The Defendant, as seen above, 10,000 won in cash at the same place was received from the victim who frightened the victim and received a total of 90,000 won in cash on nine occasions around that time.

(2) On September 14, 2013, the Defendant found the victim’s house at around 14:00, and told the victim that “it is necessary to bring him to the house,” but the victim did not have any money and rejected, thereby threatening the victim’s face face face, as it threatens the victim’s face, and frighted the victim’s side fright, such as face frighting.

The Defendant: (a) received 25,000 won in cash on the job from the victim who frightened the victim and received 6,000 won in total on four occasions around that time; and (b) received 25,000 won in cash from the victim.
