Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution for injury at the Gwangju District Court on July 13, 2016, and the above judgment was finalized on May 30, 2017.
1. Special violence and damage to property;
A. On April 27, 2017, at around 01:30, the Defendant: (a) studio in the 2nd floor of “D” singing in C, which is an employee, sent the victim E (the 44 years old and the 44 years old and the studio of the victim, which is a dangerous object cited as an employee, when the victim’s head was removed and the face was taken in drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying dangerous objects as above, assaulted the victim E, victim F, and victim H, and damaged one chemical part owned by the victim G.
2. On April 27, 2017, from around 01:30 to 02:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim G’s entertainment shop business by avoiding disturbance, such as assaulting the said employees at the said “D” singing box, and taking the parts into custody, etc.
3. On April 27, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, who was arrested in flagrant offenders of the above special assault, etc. within the Jando Police Station J. J. J. J. police station, which was located at I at all times on Apr. 27, 2017, was unable to have the disturbance “I do not leave the case without considering it.” However, the Defendant did not comply with the police officer’s failure.
