The defendant shall be innocent.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. On May 13, 2008, the Defendant, at a law firm D office located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on May 13, 2008, received a written statement of “Manager E and F” and “E’s private person at the bottom of the site A4 site from E, who is an employee of the Defendant, at his/her office, and then arbitrarily forged one copy of the contract performance certificate (attached Form 1; hereinafter “storage certificate”) under the name of E with the intent to exercise the right to reproduce the printed copy of “the contract performance certificate” with the content that “G purchases a set of 10,000 won in total of the market price from A and pays the price.”

B. (1) On July 31, 2008, the Defendant submitted to the Seoul High Court in charge of the case of cancelling the ownership transfer registration (Seoul High Court 2006Na36129) accompanied by “an article with the thickness of the presiding judge” as if the copy of the forged custody was duly formed.

(2) On May 31, 2009, the Defendant submitted a copy of the forged custody document to the public prosecutor’s office’s office of the Seoul Northern District Public Prosecutor’s Office attached to G’s complaint book as if it were duly established.

(3) On August 31, 2009, the Defendant had the presiding judge in charge of the case of revoking the fraudulent act by 2007Mo36940 of the above court submit a copy of the forged document to Defendant H of the said lawsuit as if the copy was duly formed.
