Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 17, 2015, the Defendant, at around 14:00, stolen the computer traffic card (ZTAC) and two (ZTAC) (hereinafter “ZTAC”), which was located in the goods display stand by using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victims was neglected in the store B in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu Seoul.

2. On May 17, 2015, at around 14:30, the Defendant: (a) used a gap in the surveillance of the victim D ( South, 39 years old) at No. 191 C on May 17, 2015; (b) used a computer traffic card (ZTAC) located in the product display stand; and (c) stolen it by using a computer traffic card (ZTAC equivalent to KRW 200,000,000.
