Punishment of the crime

The defendant is currently infinite person.

A victim C is a person who serves as a d marina shop.

1) On August 17, 2016, around 17:40 on August 17, 2016, the Defendant stolen one copy of the market price of KRW 6,500, which was 6,500, placed in the display stand and entered in the show stand, by using the gaps in which surveillance in the surrounding areas was neglected, and without calculating it.

2) On September 23, 2016, around 10:40 on September 23, 2016, the Defendant stolen one copy of the market price of KRW 6,500, which was 6,500, placed in the display stand and entered in the show stand, by using the gaps in which surveillance in the surrounding areas was neglected, and without calculating it.

3) On October 6, 2016, around 21:10, the Defendant stolen a copy of the market price of KRW 4,950, which was 4,950, which was entered as a customer and placed in the display stand within the D E, a city of Speaker-si, and was stolen by means of putting it in a bank by a cresh of surveillance over the surrounding area and without calculating it.

4) On October 12:38, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by putting 4,950 won of the market price, which had been placed in the display stand, into a household room by using a cresh in which surveillance in the surrounding area was neglected; and (b) bringing about theft without calculating it.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the total amount of 22,930 won through four times.
