A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2016, the Defendant sentenced the Busan District Court to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on February 13, 2018 at the port prison.

1. 폭행 피고인은 2019. 5. 28. 12:05경 부산 부산진구 B에 있는 ‘C’ 앞 노상에서, 별다른 이유 없이 피해자 D(46세)와 그의 일행들에게 다가가 시비를 걸던 중 피해자가 피고인에게 ‘소란피우지 말고 그냥 가라’라는 말을 하자, 피해자에게 욕설을 하면서 손으로 피해자의 가슴 부위를 2회 밀치고, 발로 바닥에 넘어져 있던 피해자의 턱 부위를 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

2. On June 3, 2019, at around 18:15, the Defendant: (a) provided that, within “G” managed by the victim F of the first floor of the Busan High-gu building E, Busan High-gu, the Defendant, without any particular reason, took a bath to the customers with no name-free will; and (b) requested the victim to leave the Defendant out of the store, the Defendant took a heavy bath to the victim, “I am frith, I am the customer, so I am this I am. I am this I am. I am this I am. I am. I am.) while doing so, the Defendant did not enter the customer who was going to the point by avoiding the disturbance for about 30 minutes.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's management of bookstore by force.

3. On June 3, 2019, around 18:25, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender for the crime as referred to in paragraph (2) of the same Article within the Busan Police Station located in the Busan District, Busan District; (b) threatened the police officer belonging to the said District, who was in the position of the I District waiting room, with the desire to take care of himself; and (c) when the J was using a fixed lock for the prevention of accidents, the Defendant assaulted the J’s position by walking the front bridge of the J on one occasion.

Accordingly, the defendant performs his duties with respect to the handling of the 112 reported case.
