Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Ⅰ. On November 5, 2010, Defendant C was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fabrication of official documents at the Seoul Eastern District Court on November 5, 2010; on October 26, 2012, Defendant C sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for fabrication of official documents at the Seoul Central District Court on December 28, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Central District Court on December 28, 2012.
